SHIPMENT PROCESS

Upon receiving your order, we verify stock availability and proceed with processing your payment within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

Once tracking numbers become available, they will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at navixallc25@gmail.com.

You can expect to receive your item within 3 - 15 days from shipment, depending on your location.


RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
