SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you directly.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

SHIPMENT PROCESS
Since our products are handwoven to order in Turkey, please allow 11–14 business days for production before your order ships.
Upon receiving your order, we verify stock availability and proceed with processing your payment within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
Once tracking numbers become available, they will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@quietlabeldesign.com.
Once shipped, you can expect to receive your item within 3–15 days, depending on your location.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the item has been used or worn.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue so our team can review the case and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or alternative resolution.

For returns not related to a service or manufacturing issue, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
